The Opportunity

Numadelic Labs is developing a groundbreaking VR/AI group support program for people with social anxiety. We're seeking individuals with lived experience to join our Design Advisory Panel—a small, intimate group that will help shape this program from the ground up. Panel members work closely with our team throughout the development process, ensuring what we build truly serves the community.

What We're Looking For

  • Adults (18+) with self-identified personal experience of social anxiety (past or present)

  • No formal diagnosis required—self-identification is sufficient

  • Willingness to share insights in a supportive, small group setting

  • Interest in helping create something meaningful for others

What's Involved

  • Small group: 6-8 panel members total

  • Flexible commitment: Periodic meetings (some group, some individual)

  • Compensated contract role: Your time and expertise are valued

  • Long-term relationship: Potential involvement through 2026-2028

  • Safe environment: Led by team members who also have social anxiety experience

Why This Matters

We're building something that could genuinely help break the cycle where anxiety leads to avoidance, which increases anxiety. We’re looking to center the voices of people with lived experience. Multiple people on our research team have personal experience with social anxiety. This work is deeply meaningful to us, and we want to ensure it serves the community authentically.
